Graciela Walfisch belongs to the artistic school of thought that rejects the idea that technique should be the primary basis for art, and rather places absolute emphasis on inspiration over technique. A graduate of the Escuela Nacional de las Bellas Artes in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Walfisch attended the prestigious María Tersa Roig Sketching and Painting Studio. She then studied under the master Juan Battle Planas, and studied painting with the acclaimed surrealist Miguel Carride.
For the last seven years she has been a member of the Mónica Marcovich Sketching and Composition Group.
During this time, Walfisch has exhibited her works in various expositions, both individually and colaboratively.
